Once a month, Chef Paul will personally pick one of your food truck meal ideas and make it his way. The winner will be contacted via text or DM (social media direct message) and invited to try your meal idea on the truck. Once approved by the month's winner, we'll put the meal on the truck menu for 1 day with the name you suggest for the public to enjoy!
