What Services Do You Provide?Small and Large Catering Groups Personal Chef (Date Nights, Anniversaries, Birthdays, & Speaking Occasions) Private Chef (Travel, Athletes, Private Parties)

What Do We Need To Provide?We will use your plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, etc. The day of service please be sure counters are clean and clear, and the dishwasher and sink are empty. Most of the time we hand wash everything and leave on the counter to dry. For smaller parties we load the dishwasher.

What Do You Bring?We will bring all food and any special equipment necessary. In some cases Chef Paul will bring any disposable flatware, silverware, napkins etc for larger parties.

How Does Pricing Work?Pricing for catering is per-person based. It starts with 13 people and can increase. The more people you have, the price per person is can be less.

What Does The Price Include?3/4 course sit down dinner price includes: consultation and customized menu planning, all food, Evian water bottle water for the table, custom table menus, set up, dinner service, clean up & garbage removal. Catering: All food, necessary staffing, equipment, platters & utensils, travel expenses. An 18% Service Fee is added to each service. Gratuity is left up to the client.

Where Do You Travel To?Paul’s Kitchen services all of the Indianapolis area, but will travel outside of the area with travel expenses and lodging (if necessary) included in pricing.

How Can We Try Your Food Before Hiring You?Paul’s Kitchen provides service for public events such as fundraisers, food shows, and other events open to the public. In addition, we do offer opportunities for customer paid tastings.

Do You Offer Cooking Classes?We do not offer classes at the moment, but would consider in a small group setting.

Do You Offer Meal Prep?Meal prep services are only offered to private clients at the moment. Be sure to follow Paul's Kitchen on social media for future updates.

How Long Is Dinner Services?Personal services typically takes 2-3 hours depending on menu and guest count. Chef Paul and team will arrive 1.5 - 2 hours before start time, depending on certain situations these times may vary. For most catering events we mainly offer drop off services in which team members will arrive early to properly set up before guest arrival.

Do You Set The Table?In most cases the table setting is done prior to our arrival, but if there is any way we can assist, we are more than welcome to lend a hand.

How Does The Menu Work?After client fill out the questionnaire form that breaks down food likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. and the deposit has been paid, we then customize the menu fit your food service experience needs.

Does The Menu Affect The Price?Pricing on is based on the level of experience, professionalism, quality of food items, and services.

How Long Does It Takes For Menu?Once we receive the questionnaire and your deposit has been paid, we will draft a menu within the discussed timeframe. After the menu is finalized, you will receive a detailed copy prior to the event.

Do You Offer Vegetarian, Vegan, or Gluten Free Options?"Yes, we do provide these options upon request.

Do You Require A Deposit?Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date for your event, in which 25% of this is non-refundable.
